Job Description
Build customer relationships: Engage with existing customers and meet them in the field to onboard them to digital services within designated timelines. Provide personalized customer support: Interact directly with customers, addressing any concerns and ensuring smooth onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support and Assistance:

Assist customers in navigating and utilizing the bank’s digital banking platforms, including mobile banking apps, internet banking, and other online services.

Respond to customer queries and complaints related to digital banking services, resolving issues efficiently via phone, email, chat, or in-person support.

Help customers with onboarding to digital banking services, ensuring they understand features and functionalities such as money transfers, bill payments, account management, etc.

Product Promotion and Sales:

Promote and sell the bank’s digital banking products such as mobile banking, e-wallet services, online account opening, online loan applications, and investment tools.

Educate customers on the advantages of using digital banking solutions and help them adopt these services for everyday banking needs.

Work towards achieving sales targets related to digital product sign-ups and active user growth for digital banking platforms.

Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:

Troubleshoot technical issues related to digital banking platforms and escalate more complex issues to the technical support team when necessary.

Provide prompt resolution to issues such as login problems, transaction failures, and app functionality problems.

Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues are fully resolved and ensure customer satisfaction.

Digital Banking Adoption:

Actively engage in driving the adoption and usage of digital banking services among both existing and new customers.

Identify opportunities to upsell digital services based on customer needs (e.g., offering e-wallets, mobile banking, and investment tools to customers using traditional banking services).

Provide feedback and insights about digital banking user experiences to help improve the platform's features and customer experience.

Compliance and Security:

Ensure that all digital banking services are provided in accordance with relevant banking regulations and the bank’s security protocols.

Educate customers on security best practices, such as password management, transaction monitoring, and safe usage of online banking.

Monitor and report any suspicious activities related to digital banking to ensure that the bank’s online services remain safe and compliant with regulatory standards.
