We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Digital Banking Executive to assist clients with online banking services, digital transactions, and financial products. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of digital banking platforms, and the ability to drive customer adoption of digital financial solutions.
Build customer relationships: Engage with existing customers and meet them in the field to onboard them to digital services within designated timelines. Provide personalized customer support: Interact directly with customers, addressing any concerns and ensuring smooth onboarding.

· Age below 30
· Salary: 12500-24000
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Assistance & Support
- Guide customers on digital banking platforms, mobile banking apps, and online transactions.
- Assist with account setup, KYC verification, fund transfers, and troubleshooting banking issues.
- Educate clients on safe digital banking practices to prevent fraud and security risks.
2. Sales & Product Promotion
- Promote digital banking products such as net banking, mobile wallets, UPI, loans, and credit cards.
- Identify customer needs and recommend personalized financial solutions.
- Generate leads and help in cross-selling banking services.
3. Operational & Compliance Support
- Ensure smooth processing of digital transactions while adhering to banking policies.
- Keep records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
- Stay updated with the latest banking regulations, digital finance trends, and fintech advancements.
