Job Description
Build customer relationships: Engage with existing customers and meet them in the field to onboard them to digital services within designated timelines. Provide personalized customer support: Interact directly with customers, addressing any concerns and ensuring smooth onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Assistance & Digital Banking Support

Help customers register for and use internet banking, mobile banking, and UPI services.

Guide users on fund transfers, bill payments, and account management.

Resolve customer inquiries related to online banking, security issues, and transaction failures.
2. Sales & Promotion of Digital Banking Products
-
Promote credit cards, digital loans, investment plans, and savings schemes.

Educate customers about paperless banking, e-statements, and digital wallets.

Meet monthly sales targets for banking products and services.
3. Compliance & Security Monitoring
-
Ensure KYC (Know Your Customer) verification for new digital banking users.

Monitor transactions for fraud prevention and cybersecurity threats.

Educate customers on safe banking practices to prevent phishing and scams.
4. Operational Support & Coordination
-
Work with the branch team and back-office to ensure smooth processing of digital transactions.

Assist in updating customer records and maintaining service logs.

Gather feedback to improve digital banking services and customer experience.
