Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Nurse to provide medical care in our healthcare facility. The Nurse is responsible for recording vital signs, assisting doctors with a diagnosis, and completing paperwork.
- Qualification: BSc Nursing/ Diploma in Nursing with 2 years’ experience
- Nursing license.
- Ability to work 26 days’ work in 8-hour shift basis
- Age below 40
- Compassion for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care & Monitoring:

Provide direct care to patients, including assessing their health, monitoring vital signs (e.g., blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration), and reporting changes in condition.

Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies as per doctor’s instructions.

Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.

Provide post-operative care and assist in patient recovery after surgeries or treatments.

Record and maintain accurate patient records, including treatment plans, medications, progress reports, and any changes in patient conditions.
Medical Assistance & Procedure Support:

Assist physicians during medical procedures, diagnostic tests, or minor surgeries.

Prepare and sterilize medical equipment and instruments for use in procedures.

Take blood samples, perform tests, and assist with diagnostic assessments as needed.

Ensure that medical equipment and supplies are stocked and maintained appropriately.
Patient Education & Communication:

Educate patients and their families about disease prevention, health promotion, and medical treatments.

Explain prescribed medications, treatment procedures, and post-care instructions to patients.

Provide emotional support to patients and families, addressing concerns and offering reassurance.
Emergency Care & Crisis Management:

Respond quickly and effectively to medical emergencies or changes in patient conditions.

Administer first aid or resuscitation as needed until a doctor or senior healthcare professional arrives.

Work closely with the healthcare team to develop and implement emergency care plans.
Administrative and Coordination Duties:

Coordinate patient care activities, ensuring the proper documentation of patient records, medical histories, and treatment plans.

Assist in patient admissions, discharge planning, and referral processes.

Maintain the cleanliness and safety of patient care areas in compliance with healthcare safety standards.
