Responsibilities:
Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements
Develop and implement training programs focused on soft skills
Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and manuals

Collaborate with HR and department managers to align training with organizational goals
Monitor and report on participants' progress and training outcomes
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
Proven experience as a trainer or educator, preferably in soft skills development
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences
Ability to develop creative and engaging training materials
Strong organizational and time management skills
Certifications in training or instructional design are a plus
