2. Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Assist in payroll processing, tracking attendance, and leave management.

3. Recruitment & Onboarding Support:
- Assist in posting job openings and screening resumes.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Handle onboarding procedures for new employees, including paperwork and orientation.
4. HR Compliance & Policies:
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Assist in drafting HR policies and employee handbooks.
- Support grievance handling and disciplinary actions as needed.
5. Employee Engagement & Relations:
- Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
- Address employee concerns and maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Conduct exit interviews and maintain attrition reports.
6. General HR Administration & Reporting:
- Maintain HR databases and generate reports for management.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Coordinate training sessions and professional development programs.
