We are searching for an engaged telecaller to boost sales by reaching out to current and possible clients. To this end, the telecaller will be required to obtain lists of individuals' information, and to source data for additional members of the target audience. You should also jot down important notes during conversations to facilitate follow-ups by our staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound & Inbound Calling:

Make outbound calls to potential customers for sales, lead generation, or appointment scheduling.

Handle inbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or product-related queries.

Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.

Maintain a professional and friendly tone while interacting with customers.
Sales & Customer Engagement:

Pitch products/services to customers and explain benefits.

Persuade potential customers to purchase products or services.

Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions to customer concerns.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing needs effectively.
Data Management & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, calls, and sales reports.

Update CRM or database with new leads, customer details, and follow-up status.

Provide daily/weekly reports on call performance, sales conversions, and customer feedback.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:

Follow company policies and call scripts to ensure compliance with guidelines.

Adhere to telemarketing regulations and ethical practices.
