We are searching for an engaged telecaller to boost sales by reaching out to current and possible clients. To this end, the telecaller will be required to obtain lists of individuals' information, and to source data for additional members of the target audience. You should also jot down important notes during conversations to facilitate follow-ups by our staff.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound & Inbound Calls:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound inquiries, resolve customer issues, and provide necessary information.
- Follow call scripts and guidelines to maintain consistency in communication.
2. Lead Generation & Sales:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain product/service features and benefits to persuade customers.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
4. Data Entry & Reporting:
- Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Update the CRM system with accurate customer details.
- Prepare reports on call performance, leads, and conversions.
5. Compliance & Professionalism:
- Adhere to company policies and call center regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer data and sensitive information.
- Uphold professional ethics in all interactions.
