Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using the provided database or leads.

Explain company products/services clearly and persuasively over the phone.

Use scripts when needed to handle objections and ensure clarity in communication.
2. Lead Generation and Follow-Up
-
Identify potential customers and generate leads through cold calling or tele-prospecting.

Follow up with interested customers for further discussion, meetings, or conversion.

Maintain a consistent pipeline of potential leads and update CRM systems or spreadsheets accordingly.
3. Customer Interaction
-
Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.

Provide accurate information about products, pricing, offers, or services.

Redirect calls to relevant departments when needed (e.g., technical support or sales).
4. Sales and Appointment Setting
-
Influence customers to purchase products or services or to schedule a meeting with a sales executive.

Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets related to calls made, leads generated, or conversions.

Track performance metrics and maintain call logs for review.
5. Data Management and Reporting
-
Record detailed notes of customer interactions and maintain databases in CRM or Excel.

Submit daily reports on call volume, outcomes, customer feedback, and progress.

Maintain confidentiality of all customer and company data.
6. Feedback and Improvement

Collect and relay customer feedback to marketing or product teams for process improvement.

Suggest improvements in scripts, calling techniques, or lead management based on ground experience.

Attend regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and communication skills.
