Job Requirements:
✅ Valid car driving license
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience
✅ Knowledge of Pune city routes, especially around Magarpatta

Job Responsibilities:

Provide respectful and reliable service to customers
Key Responsibilities:
1. Transportation Duties:
Safely operate a car to transport company staff, management, and guests to and from designated locations.
Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely arrivals, considering traffic conditions, detours, and road closures.
Drive executives or VIPs to meetings, airports, or client locations as scheduled.
Deliver or pick up documents, packages, or small goods to/from various locations as required.
2. Vehicle Maintenance and Care:
Conduct daily inspections of the assigned vehicle to check fuel level, oil, brakes, lights, horn, tires, and general condition.
Ensure the car is always clean (interior and exterior), polished, and well-maintained.
Schedule regular servicing, oil changes, and minor repairs in coordination with the admin or transport department.
Maintain logbooks and servicing records properly.
3. Recordkeeping and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, travel routes, pickup/drop locations, and duty timings.
Ensure that all relevant vehicle documents (registration, insurance, PUC, etc.) are valid and renewed on time.
Submit daily or weekly duty reports as required by the supervisor.
4. Safety and Compliance:
Follow all traffic rules, speed limits, and safety guidelines without exception.
Ensure seatbelt usage and vehicle safety features are functional.
Never use a mobile phone or other distractions while driving.
In case of an accident or breakdown, immediately inform the reporting officer and follow emergency protocols.
5. Customer Service and Professionalism:
Treat all passengers with courtesy and professionalism.
Assist with opening doors, loading luggage, and providing directions if asked.
Respect confidentiality, especially while transporting high-level staff or guests.
Maintain a calm and polite demeanor, even in high-traffic or stressful situations.
