Job Duties: Monthly routine maintenance of vending machine, Attending Breakdown call and Giving training to the machine operator. Installation of Coffee Tea Vending machines in the market and providing demo to the customers as per schedule given by the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain vending machines at client locations.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Ensure proper calibration, cleaning, and functionality of machines.
- Respond to service requests and troubleshoot on-site issues.
- Maintain service records and report machine performance.
- Coordinate with suppliers and technical teams for spare parts and upgrades.
- Educate customers on machine operation and troubleshooting basics.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma/ITI in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, mechanical components, and software diagnostics.
- Ability to work independently and travel to multiple locations.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
