Job Summary
- Responsible for the corporate recruiting activities for business units within the Company.
Job Responsibilities
- Conducts screening interviews for designated business units.
- Assesses talent and generates qualified candidates through cost effective efforts in a timely manner.
- Conducts interview training for internal clients.
- Fulfills business needs with agreed upon Service Level Agreements.
- Ensures accurate data management Qualifications.
- Locate and recruit installation fulfillment companies using the Internet, telephone, and/or printed media
- Superb attention to details.
Language Required : English, Hindi, Kannada and Telugu
