We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Recruiter with a minimum of 3 years of experience in volume hiring within the RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in bulk hiring, stakeholder management, and end-to-end recruitment processes, with the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for RCM roles including AR Callers, Medical Coders, Payment Posting, Denial Management, and related functions
- Manage high-volume / bulk hiring targets within tight deadlines
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and vendor coordination
- Conduct initial screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination
- Ensure daily walk-ins / interview pipeline is maintained as per hiring targets
- Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand requirements and deliver quality profiles
- Track and manage recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and closures
- Maintain candidate database and ensure proper follow-ups for offer rollouts and joining
- Lead and mentor junior recruiters (if applicable)
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with strong exposure to RCM / Healthcare hiring
- Proven experience in volume hiring (bulk hiring)
- Strong understanding of RCM roles (AR Calling, Medical Billing, Coding, etc.)
- Excellent sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring targets
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in consultancy/staffing firms will be an added advantage
Preferred Skills:
- Strong network/database of RCM candidates
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
- Data-driven approach to recruitment
Qualification:
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate (HR preferred)
