This role involves interacting with international clients via telephone to resolve inquiries, provide product or service information, or offer technical support. As the first point of contact for customers from diverse global regions (such as the US, UK, Australia, or Canada), you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, improving service standards, and enhancing the brand reputation of the organization.
This position requires excellent verbal communication skills in English, the ability to work in night shifts (depending on the time zone), and a strong commitment to customer-centric service.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers, addressing inquiries related to products, services, or technical issues.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions promptly and efficiently.

Offer accurate information and guide customers through processes such as troubleshooting, billing, refunds, or account management.

Issue Resolution:

Identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues using company-provided knowledge bases and escalation protocols.

Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.

Follow up on customer complaints or unresolved queries to ensure timely closure.

Sales and Upselling (If Applicable):

Promote new products or services to customers, depending on the process (sales, retention, or customer service).

Meet or exceed sales conversion targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Handle objections effectively and convert potential leads into successful transactions.

Communication Excellence:

Maintain a professional tone and manner throughout the call, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Demonstrate empathy, patience, and active listening to build a positive rapport with customers.

Avoid jargon or technical terms unless required, ensuring the customer clearly understands the solution provided.

Process Adherence:

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and scripts where applicable.

Adhere to company policies regarding data privacy, customer confidentiality, and call handling times.

Ensure first call resolution (FCR) whenever possible to enhance customer experience and reduce repeat calls.

Team Collaboration and Reporting:

Coordinate with internal departments such as the tech team, billing, or logistics to resolve complex customer issues.

Provide daily updates to team leads/supervisors regarding call volume, customer satisfaction issues, or technical faults.
