Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Forecast demand, analyze market trends, and prepare sales plans to maximize revenue.

Monitor competitor activities and ensure a competitive advantage for the dealership.
2. Team Leadership & Development
-
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual and collective targets.

Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, customer handling, negotiation techniques, and sales strategies.

Monitor team performance through KPIs and ensure continuous improvement.
3. Customer Relationship Management

Ensure a premium customer experience by maintaining high service standards.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.

Handle escalated customer queries, complaints, and negotiations professionally.
4. Business Development & Marketing
-
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and test-drive programs to attract new customers.

Collaborate with marketing teams for branding, advertising, and lead generation initiatives.

Establish partnerships with corporates, fleet operators, and institutions for bulk sales opportunities.
5. Inventory & Dealer Coordination

Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors to ensure adequate stock availability.

Oversee the allocation of premium vehicles to customers based on bookings and inventory.

Ensure smooth coordination between sales, finance, service, and insurance departments.
6. Reporting & Documentation

Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports.

Maintain detailed records of sales transactions, customer data, and market insights.

Ensure adherence to company policies and manufacturer compliance requirements.
