Key Responsibilities
✅ Customer Interaction & Support
- Handle inbound/outbound calls in Tamil to assist customers.
- Resolve queries related to products, services, or complaints.
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone while speaking with customers.
✅ Data Entry & Call Logging
- Accurately update customer details and call records in the system.
- Maintain call logs and follow standard operating procedures.
✅ Issue Resolution & Escalation
- Identify customer problems and provide appropriate solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department if necessary.
✅ Follow-Up & Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure timely follow-ups with customers for issue resolution.
- Strive for high customer satisfaction and positive feedback.
