Job Summary:Handling inbound calls where the customers will call related to issues on their computer like pop up calls,error message on the screen issues which will be realted to windows and mac computer.candidates needs to troubleshoot issues and charge a plan to make a sale.
Qualification:12 Pass and Graduate
Facilities and Benefits:Salary on the 1st of the monthSalary upto 13K-25K per monthFixed salary with attractive incentive6days works with 1 Roster off.Spot offer letter in the mail.Paid leaves/Paid B'day leave/Comp offs No stretchingSalary hike after 1 year.Friendly Environment.
