Job Description

We Are Looking For HR Admin

● Job Type: Full-time

● Compensation: Fixed Salary

● Job Location: Ratnagiri

● Industries: Video-Games, IT/ITES

Tasks and Responsibilities of this position include:

● Managing existing staff of the organization.

● Administration of the infrastructure & facility.

● Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation

● Managing a record of staff performance and behavior.

● Recruiting staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates

● Attending campus drives for recruitment of new staff.

● Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.

● Preparing staff handbooks/notices.

● Administering payroll and maintaining employee records.

● Interpreting and advising on employment law.

● Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.

● Developing HR planning strategies, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements and building pipeline of candidates.

● Planning and delivering training - including inductions for new staff.

● Analysing training needs in conjunction with departmental Managers/Team Leads.

Requirements:

● Graduate from any stream

● Excellent English (Written and Verbal).

● Excellent communication skills.

● Self motivated, fully committed, result oriented.

● MBA HR would be a great plus.
