Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Setup:

Install and commission equipment or systems at client locations, ensuring they are set up properly and according to company specifications.

Provide training to clients on the proper use of equipment or systems.

Ensure all installations are completed on time and with minimal disruption to the client’s operations.

Maintenance and Repairs:

Perform regular maintenance and servicing on equipment or machinery to ensure optimal performance.

Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Repair or replace faulty parts and ensure all work is carried out efficiently and safely.

Perform routine checks and diagnostics to prevent equipment malfunctions and prolong the life of machinery.

Technical Support and Customer Service:

Provide on-site technical support to customers, addressing any issues related to equipment or systems.

Respond to service calls and follow up with clients to ensure complete satisfaction with repairs and installations.

Offer advice and guidance on proper maintenance procedures to prevent equipment failures and reduce maintenance costs.

Handle customer inquiries and provide technical solutions in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain accurate records of all service calls, repairs, maintenance tasks, and installations.

Parts and Inventory Management:

Monitor the inventory of spare parts and materials, ensuring sufficient stock for service requests.
