Job Description
We are looking for energetic ground staff to be responsible for administrative duties and communication with passengers. Your duties will include welcoming passengers, providing information, assisting passengers who are disabled or are traveling with small children, checking in luggage, taking reservations, and selling tickets. You should be able to promptly resolve passenger queries and ensure that all passengers are satisfied.

· Freshers and experienced can apply
· Age below 34
Key Responsibilities:
Passenger Assistance & Customer Service:
- Assist passengers with check-in, seat allocation, and ticketing.
- Provide information regarding flight schedules, delays, and boarding gates.
- Handle passenger inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Assist senior citizens, passengers with disabilities, and unaccompanied minors.
Baggage Handling & Security:
- Ensure proper baggage tagging and handling procedures.
- Guide passengers on baggage weight limits and security regulations.
- Handle lost baggage claims and coordinate with airline staff for resolutions.
Boarding & Flight Operations Support:
- Verify tickets and travel documents before boarding.
- Assist in boarding procedures and direct passengers to their designated areas.
- Communicate with flight crew regarding passenger status and special requirements.
Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure passengers follow airport security protocols and airline regulations.
- Maintain a professional and friendly environment while ensuring airport safety.
- Coordinate with security personnel and airline teams for smooth operations.
