Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous lab technician who will be responsible for supporting our laboratory staff with the primary goal of optimizing lab procedures and succeeding in producing reliable test results.
Qualification: DMLT
Freshers and Experienced can apply
Salary: 15000 - 20000
Key Responsibilities:
Sample Collection & Handling:

Collect blood, urine, stool, and other samples from patients (as per lab protocol).

Label and store specimens correctly for testing and analysis.

Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hygiene protocols during collection.
Test Execution & Reporting:
-
Perform routine and specialized lab tests (biochemistry, hematology, microbiology, etc.).

Prepare slides, reagents, and solutions as required for testing.

Record test results accurately and enter them into the Laboratory Information System (LIS).

Generate and print reports for review by medical professionals.
Equipment & Quality Control:

Operate and maintain lab instruments like centrifuges, microscopes, analyzers, etc.

Perform regular calibration, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting of equipment.

Ensure all tests are performed in accordance with quality standards and SOPs.

Report faulty or malfunctioning equipment to lab in-charge promptly.
Compliance & Documentation:
-
Adhere to lab safety guidelines, infection control protocols, and bio-waste disposal rules.

Maintain accurate records of test logs, QC charts, and maintenance schedules.

Assist in audits, stock checks, and inventory management of lab consumables.
