Job Summary:
- Looking for qualified and skilled doctor.
- A doctor needs to be highly motivated and committed towards social cause and willing to be a change maker
- Provide Support to Patients
- Respond to patients' medical/health problems by referring to their history and carrying out diagnosis, investigation, treatment
- Maintain confidentiality and impartiality
- Refer critical patients and special cases.
- Counsel patients about their illness or disease
- Counsel patients about the dietary requirements as per their illness
- Motivate them to have healthy and hygienic lifestyle
- Keep an update regarding medical developments, new drugs, treatments and medications, including essentials drugs.
- Provide Support to Project and its Staff
- Educate and counsel the staff about various communicable and non communicable diseases
- Educate the staff about preventive and curative measures of various seasonal, water and airborne diseases
- Update the staff about the medicinal requirement from time to time
- Qualification:MBBS
- 1-2 Years of experience
- Past experience working with PHCs, Dispensary will be preferred
- Excellent listening and communication skills when dealing with patients
- Ability to solve problems and effective decision-making skills
- Respect people, healthy or ill, regardless of who they are
- Work cooperatively with other members of the healthcare team
- Open to travel to rural areas
- Nature of Job:Full time
