Key Responsibilities

Network Configuration and Maintenance:

Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, and modems) and software (e.g., network monitoring tools).

Design and implement network configurations to support the business needs.

Ensure the network operates smoothly, with proper connectivity for all employees or users.

Perform routine checks on network performance and upgrade or optimize the infrastructure as needed.

Network Security Management:

Implement and maintain network security policies to protect the organization’s data from unauthorized access, breaches, or threats.

Set up and monitor firewalls, VPNs (Virtual Private Networks), anti-virus programs, and intrusion detection systems (IDS).

Regularly update security systems and software, applying patches and updates to fix vulnerabilities.

Troubleshooting and Support:
