Job Summary:
We are hiring a professional and persuasive International Sales Consultant for our Airline Inbound Voice Process. This role involves handling inbound customer calls from international clients, assisting with flight bookings, ticket modifications, fare queries, and upselling travel-related services. The consultant must provide world-class service, resolve queries quickly, and convert calls into sales while adhering to airline standards and processes.
This is a voice-based role requiring excellent spoken English, customer handling skills, and knowledge of airline reservations/ticketing systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound international calls from customers regarding flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and fare inquiries.

Provide complete and accurate information on airline policies, baggage rules, seat selection, and travel requirements.

Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and upsell additional services such as seat upgrades, insurance, meals, or hotel packages.

Use airline reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) to check availability, create bookings, and modify existing reservations.

Resolve booking-related issues or complaints in a professional, polite, and solution-focused manner.

Stay updated with global travel advisories, airline fare rules, and destination-specific requirements.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and call quality standards.

Ensure accurate data entry into the CRM and reservation systems.

Follow security, privacy, and compliance guidelines during every customer interaction.

Coordinate with other departments (refunds, ticketing, support) when needed for customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Competencies:

Fluent spoken and written English (additional international language is a bonus).

Prior experience in airline sales, reservations, or BPO travel voice process is preferred.

Strong sales acumen with a target-driven attitude.

Knowledge of GDS tools like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is highly desirable.

Ability to multitask while maintaining high-quality service.

Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail, especially in fare calculations and customer records.
