Job Description
We are looking to hire an experienced process associate to monitor and maintain our production processes. As a process associate, you will be required to analyze existing processes and advise on system upgrades, perform regular equipment maintenance, maintain inventory and supplies, ensure product quality, and compile process reports for the production manager.

· Any Degree
· Age below 30
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Monitoring & Control:
- Oversee day-to-day production processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as output, efficiency, and quality.
- Identify and escalate process deviations or inefficiencies.
2. Quality Assurance & Compliance:
- Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Assist in quality inspections and report defects or inconsistencies.
- Document process performance and maintain operational records.
3. Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving:
- Identify and resolve minor process issues to prevent production delays.
- Coordinate with technical teams to address major disruptions.
- Suggest improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
4. Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of process performance, incidents, and corrective actions.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on production status and challenges.
- Ensure proper documentation of process changes and improvements.
5. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
- Work closely with production teams, engineers, and supervisors.
- Participate in training sessions and process improvement initiatives.
- Provide feedback on process enhancements and automation opportunities.
