Job Description:

The SEO Manager is responsible for managing a team of SEO executives, should be able to implement and deliver projects for an international clients. The SEO Manager should be able to quickly understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of client campaigns.

Role and Responsibilities:

• The candidate should have minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in SEO & SMO.
• He/She should be a Team player as we as he/she should have good time management skills.
• Candidate should have expertise in Implement successful Digital Marketing strategies to enhance the business objectives (improve keyword position, online branding, web traffic improvement, conversation optimization)
• Should have expertise in keywords, link, backlink analysis/audit, and search engine results, new search engine behavior, on-page, off-page, etc.
• Identify key SEO KPIs
• Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
• Prepare and present reports regularly
• Identify buyer persona to better target identified audiences
• Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner
• Provide Digital Marketing recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages (Site audit experience).     
• Collaborate with web developers and marketing team
• Must have knowledge in PPC campaigns to find high-converting keywords
• Should have working experience with International clients (clients from the US, Canada, etc.)
• Should have worked on E-commerce/shopping cart projects
• The candidate should have experience in administering search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools) for purposes of diagnostic reporting on client projects.
• Candidate must have experience in SEO Tools like GoogleAnalytics, SEO Moz, Google Webmaster, Bing webmaster, Majestic, Link analysis tools like Ahrefs, competitor analysis tools, other links, and keyword research tools
• The candidate should have excellent communication skills
