We are hiring a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The candidate must be fluent in Telugu, English, and Hindi, and will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining real estate projects, and scheduling site visits. Key Responsibilities:-
Make outbound calls to leads and prospective clients.

Clearly explain project details, location benefits, pricing, and amenities.

Convince potential buyers to visit project sites.

Maintain daily call logs and update customer interaction details in CRM.

Follow up with interested customers and assist in lead conversion.

Coordinate with the field sales team for appointment scheduling and feedback.

Achieve assigned targets for lead generation and follow-ups.

Minimum 10th/12th Pass; Graduate preferred.

Fluent in Telugu, English, and Hindi (both speaking and understanding).

Good telephone etiquette and strong communication skills.

Persuasive and confident with a sales mindset.

Basic computer knowledge and experience using mobile/desktop CRM tools.

Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is a plus.
