Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic UI/UX designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.

Experience : 3+ years

Salary upto 6LPA

Key Responsibilities

1. User Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
  • Analyze user behavior, feedback, and pain points to improve design decisions.
  • Develop user personas and journey maps to enhance user experience.

2. UI/UX Design & Prototyping:

  • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for websites and mobile applications.
  • Design visually appealing and responsive interfaces that enhance user interaction.
  • Ensure consistency in branding, typography, and color schemes.

3. Collaboration & Development Handoff:

  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design goals.
  • Provide detailed design specifications and assets for development teams.
  • Conduct design reviews and offer guidance for implementation.

4. Usability Testing & Iteration:

  • Perform A/B testing and usability testing to validate design effectiveness.
  • Gather user feedback and iterate on designs for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met.

5. Design System & Guidelines:

  • Maintain and enhance design systems, UI kits, and style guides.
  • Ensure consistency across all platforms and products.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.
