Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Consultation and Relationship Building

Engage with customers through in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, or online chats to understand their travel preferences, budget, and expectations.

Offer personalized recommendations based on client profiles, travel history, and seasonal promotions.

Build long-term relationships with customers by delivering professional service, timely follow-ups, and travel expertise.
2. Holiday Package Sales
-
Promote and sell a variety of domestic and international holiday packages including flights, hotels, transport, sightseeing, travel insurance, and other services.

Cross-sell and upsell relevant travel products such as excursions, upgrades, insurance plans, and visa assistance.

Clearly explain inclusions, exclusions, payment terms, cancellation policies, and itinerary details to clients.
3. Booking and Documentation
-
Process bookings efficiently using internal systems or partner portals.

Ensure all travel documentation such as invoices, confirmations, travel insurance, tickets, and itineraries are correctly prepared and shared with clients.

Assist clients in filling out visa applications, passport renewals, and other travel documentation as required.
4. Achieving Sales Targets

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the team leader or manager.

Convert inbound leads and walk-in inquiries into confirmed sales.

Generate new business through referrals, networking, repeat customers, and participation in travel events or exhibitions.
5. Product Knowledge and Market Awareness

Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destination updates, airline policies, hotel deals, and promotional offers.

Regularly attend product training sessions, webinars, and supplier briefings to improve destination knowledge and selling skills.

Monitor competitor offerings and identify opportunities to improve the value proposition.
6. Customer Support and After-Sales Service

Provide support to clients before, during, and after their travel experience.

Handle changes, cancellations, refunds, or rebooking requests with professionalism and empathy.

Collect feedback from travelers and resolve any service issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
