Job Description
To welcome the guest and make them comfortable with warm greetings.
Initiate formal discussion with the guest to understand his/her requirements and directs them accordingly.
If the customer is looking for any tour or holiday, check out their preferences and make a note.
Suggest best option and educate the guest with its benefits.
To inform the guest for other services provided by Girikand and convince them to get it with its benefits.
As a travel consultant, he/she should follow up with the guest till the time guest confirms his/her bookings.
If the guest is not giving positive signs in a discussion, then try to ask them for other options and points to discuss take a help of senior person so that guest satisfaction and booking ratio increases.
Take a ownership for pre and post departure activities. Do take a feedback from the guest and always work on to excel guest's expectations.
To coordinate with the guest for collecting tour amount and handling payments receipts.
