Job Description
Holiday Tripster is looking for enthusiastic and energetic freshers to join our growing travel sales team. This role is ideal for candidates who love travel, enjoy talking to customers, and want to build a career in the travel & tourism industry.
You will be responsible for handling holiday inquiries, explaining travel packages, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities:-
Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email

Explain domestic & international holiday packages

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings

Coordinate with operations team for confirmed bookings

Maintain basic records of leads and sales

Achieve monthly sales targets

Graduate or pursuing graduation (Freshers welcome)

Good communication skills (English, Hindi & local language preferred)

Interest in travel & tourism industry

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp)

Sales-oriented mindset and willingness to learn

Ability to work from office and handle targets

Prior travel sales experience is an advantage (not mandatory)
