Job Description

We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as  Home Care Nurse.

Role and Responsibilities:
Personalized Care: They develop personalized care plans based on the patient's specific health needs and goals.
Assistance with Daily Activities: They assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and mobility if needed.
Emotional Support: They provide emotional support to patients and their families, offering encouragement and guidance throughout the healing process.
Monitoring: They regularly monitor vital signs and health indicators to track the patient's progress or identify any changes that require.

Skills:
Excellent observational and problem-solving skills.
The ability to follow instructions but also to act independently if necessary.
Excellent report writing skills.
Active listening skills and empathy.
Physical and mental strength.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transport may be required.
