Personal Care Support

Assisting patients or elderly with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Feeding or assisting with meals (including preparing simple meals)
Mobility Assistance

Helping clients move around safely (bed to wheelchair, walking support)

Ensuring fall prevention and using support equipment if needed
Medication Support

Reminding patients to take prescribed medications on time

Assisting with basic medical needs under supervision (like checking blood pressure, sugar levels – if trained)
Housekeeping
