Key Responsibilities:
1. Home Sample Collection

Visit patients at their homes to collect medical samples (e.g., blood, urine, saliva) as per the scheduled appointments.

Follow the medical protocols for collecting and handling samples, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.

Provide patients with clear instructions on how to prepare for sample collection, such as fasting or avoiding certain medications, as required.

Ensure that collected samples are safely transported and delivered to the laboratory in a timely manner, maintaining the required temperature and handling conditions.
2. Patient Interaction and Support

Communicate effectively with patients, explaining the collection process in a clear and reassuring manner.

Address any patient concerns or questions professionally, ensuring a positive experience during the sample collection process.

Ensure that all information is recorded accurately, including patient details, sample types, and any special instructions.

Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with health data protection regulations.
3. Sample Documentation and Record Keeping

Accurately document all sample collection details, including patient information, type of test, and time of collection.
