Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities Master Supervisor (MS)
1. On-boarding of colleges : 1 per JC
i. Identification of ITI / Diploma college
ii. College Infrastructure readiness, establishing and maintaining Lab Set-Up
iii. Faculty selection and Train-the-Trainer
iv. Providing training material to the colleges (e-learning access)
2. Job readiness of UJPM & Engineer Teams
i. Ensure Training & certification to be carried out on DAY 2 of UJPM joining
ii. Identification of Engineer : 6 per JP
iii. Classroom training of Engineer , Students along with college faculty
iv. Hands-on 100% Home Connect experience (Buddy Rides) for all Engineers (Minimum 10 Calls )
v. Evaluating and providing feedback on each Buddy Ride of a Engineer
vi. Ensure constant supply of Engineer and Associate occurs
3. Engineer teams performance management
i. Ensuring Flawless (zero defect) execution of home connect activity
ii. Dashboard based SLA management
o Appointment adherence : 98%
o 2 Hr. TAT (reach to activation) : 90%
o 0-7 Days Fault Rate : <1%
o Customer rating 4&5 : 99%
iii. Proactive calls management to ensure SLA adherence
iv. Mentoring and guiding Engineers & UJPM
4. Planning Refresher, Renewal and New Product/Process Training
i. Conducting Training for UJPM on Sales & Service to ensure end to end customer ownership
ii. Planning refresher training based on the feedback provide provided from audits and customer feedback
iii. Annual Renewal training of Engineers based on the expiration date of each Engineer
iv. Training college faculty on new/ update of any module and planning the same for the Engineers

- UG : Diploma in Any Specialization, Computers, Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication, B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication, Any Specialization, Computers
- PG : Post Graduation Not Required, Any Postgraduate in Any Specialization
- Doctorate : Any Doctorate in Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required
