Job Description
- Assisting clients in securing home loans with the suitable lenders.
- Data entry in CRM, maintain accurate records, oversee the process up to settlement, and follow up with clients post-settlement.
- Assist clients in understanding funding positions, maximum borrowing capacity, and serviceability calculations
- Initiate valuations and pricing requests with lenders to support the loan application process.
- Evaluating client's financial status and ability to repay loans
- Collaborate closely with the underwriting team to facilitate timely and accurate loan processing.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral sources to contribute to the growth of the business.
- Ensure you comply with the established regulations and law requirements.
