Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven Home Loan Sales Executive to join our growing financial services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, explaining loan products, guiding them through the home loan application process, and ensuring successful disbursement.
This role requires strong communication skills, field sales experience (preferred), and a high level of motivation to achieve monthly sales targets. The position offers a fixed salary along with attractive performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

Identify potential customers interested in home loans through cold calling, field visits, online platforms, and referrals.

Build relationships with property dealers, builders, real estate consultants, and housing societies for business sourcing.

Maintain a database of potential and existing customers using CRM or spreadsheets.
2. Client Consultation & Product Presentation:

Understand the financial profile and requirements of clients to offer suitable home loan products.

Explain product features, interest rates, EMI options, eligibility criteria, and documentation required.

Present different financing solutions including balance transfers, top-ups, and new purchase loans.
3. Documentation & Application Processing:

Assist clients in completing loan applications accurately.

Collect, verify, and submit required documents such as identity proof, income proof, bank statements, property papers, etc.

Coordinate with backend teams for application processing, technical/legal verifications, and sanctioning.
4. Relationship Management:

Maintain good relations with clients throughout the loan process and post-disbursement.

Address client queries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to encourage repeat and referral business.
5. Target Achievement & Reporting:

Meet or exceed monthly loan disbursement targets as assigned by the manager.

Maintain daily sales activity reports and share regular updates with the team lead or sales head.

Analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve personal sales approach.
Required Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and/or local language

Basic understanding of home loan products, interest rates, and market trends

Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment

Confidence to interact with clients face-to-face or over the phone

Good negotiation and persuasive skills

Knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM software is a plus
