Nurses assess and analyse the patient health status, post-surgical condition, treat and

manage critical patients at their home. Based on this, the nurse would be required to:

• Be the face and represent the company in front of the client as brand ambassador.

• Maintain professional standards of competence in line with current best nursing practices.

• Ensure that the care required for each patient is met in accordance with the care plan.

• Ensure that patient care is delivered in accordance with company documented clinical

policies and procedures

• Promote patient safety, privacy, dignity and confidentiality at all times

• Ensure that all relevant information relating to a patient’s care or treatment is recorded

accurately

• Communicate with the referring clinician in a timely and professional manner
