Nurses required for Megacare
Job Summary
To deliver high quality nursing care to all patients at all times.
- To behave at all times in a professional manner that upholds the reputation of the Organization.
- To maintain professional standards with best nursing practices.
- To make sure that all patient care is imparted in accordance with company documented cilical policies and procedures.
- To make sure that all care needs for each patients are met in accordance with the care plan.
- To ensure that each and every information relating to patient's care or treatment is documented and recorded accurately and at all the time the care was delivered .
- To communicate with the referring clinician in a timely and professional manner.
- To promote patients safety,privacy,dignity and confidentiality each and every time.
- To participate in any qulaity training programmes.
- To maintain close liaison with other healthcare professionals as appropriate.
- GNM,Bsc or Msc Nursing.
- At least 2 yrsqualified experience within anacute care setting.
- Experience in the care of IV adminstration .
- Should be able to care aged patients .
- Ability to work according to the flexible shift timings.
