We're Hiring: Homestay Manager (aka the Soul of the Space)

Location: Fort Kochi, Kerala

Are you someone who makes people feel at home the moment they arrive? Do you love the sound of birdsong in the morning, the salty breeze of the Arabian Sea, and conversations with travelers from all over the world?

We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and slightly magic human to run the show at our homestay — a charming spot tucked into a leafy lane of Fort Kochi, where nature, history, and slow living come together.

What You’ll Do:
Be the friendly face guests remember (and talk about in reviews!)
Manage bookings, welcome guests, and make check-ins feel like homecomings
Keep the space looking and feeling great — from clean rooms to cozy corners
Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance like a behind-the-scenes ninja
Respond to inquiries, emails, and messages with kindness and promptness
Suggest the best chai spots, hidden galleries, and quiet sunset views
Handle supplies, small budgets, and occasional mini-emergencies with calm and creativity
Possibly plan small events or local collaborations — art, music, food? Let’s dream!

You Are:
Warm, dependable, and naturally hospitable
Fluent in Malayalam, English (bonus if you speak Hindi or other languages too)
Tech-comfortable (we use platforms like Airbnb/Booking.com and Google Sheets)
Someone who thrives in cozy chaos, wears many hats, and loves a bit of storytelling
Ideally experienced in hospitality — or simply born with great hosting instincts
