Job description:
1. Managing business relationships and drive sales and business development with all existing Institutional or Hotel, Restaurant, Catering Customers
2. Order Generation and Execution, Liaison with Store and sales team
3. Acquiring new Customers, Increase SOW from existing customer in line with monthly target
4. Develop sales strategy to and ensure targeted distribution dominant
5. Respond to and follow up sales inquiries using appropriate methods
6. Conduct market visits and responsible for business development
7. Responsible for ensuring that the Company policies and procedures are followed in all key account transactions
8. Monitor performance and compliance to Agreements, taking corrective action where appropriate
9. Focus on Sales Mix & Category Mix for each customer
10.Communication of company schemes to customers
11. Analyze how to improve the competitive position in the market through improved customer service
12. Ensure all the receivables are collected well on time
