Job Description
Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and qualified Healthcare Manager with both medical and managerial expertise to oversee operations, ensure service quality, and support strategic growth in our healthcare organization. The ideal candidate should have a medical background along with management training to bridge clinical and administrative functions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:-
Oversee day-to-day operations of the healthcare unit/hospital.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and standards.

Manage staff performance, training, and development.

Coordinate between clinical and non-clinical departments for smooth workflow.

Monitor patient care services and ensure quality standards are maintained.

Develop and implement strategies for operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Handle budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.

Prepare regular reports and present them to senior management.

Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, patients, and external stakeholders.

Educational Background:

MBBS / BDS / BAMS / BHMS / BUMS (preferred medical qualification)

MBA in Healthcare Management (mandatory)

Experience: Minimum 6 months – 2 years in healthcare management/operations.

Strong knowledge of healthcare processes, regulations, and standards.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
