Job Description

Job location will be Noida Sec. 132, rotational shift, Hospital Receptionist/billing,  job for female only. 
JOB ROLE DESCRIPTION- 
  • Greeting patients: Welcome patients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate location 
  • Scheduling appointments: Schedule and confirm patient appointments, including follow-ups 
  • Answering phone calls: Answer phone calls and respond to general inquiries 
  • Updating patient records: Update patient records and verify insurance information 
  • Handling billing: Collect co-pays and handle billing questions 
  • Maintaining reception area: Keep the reception area clean and organized 
  • Assisting patients: Assist patients with filling out forms and answering their questions 
  • Processing payments: Process payments from patients 
  • Maintaining office schedule: Maintain an office schedule for other staff members 
  • Filing documents: File medical records and other documents
