Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean, tidy, and presentable.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access.
Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and copying.
Provide general administrative and organizational support to staff and management.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
