- 1. Follow Standard Operating Procedures/Recipes and prepare coffees as per order.
- 2. Operate equipment such as coffee machine, milk boiler, sealing machine etc.
- 3. Interact with customers and ensure proper understaning of the order
- 4. Maintain inventory records on a daily basis and billing
- 5. Ensure proper upkeep and hygiene of self, equipment and the workstation at all times.
