Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and guest-oriented Hospitality Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our establishment and deliver an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate will ensure that guests are always satisfied with the level of hospitality and services provided, manage staff efficiently, oversee facility upkeep, and continuously seek opportunities to improve service quality.

As a Hospitality Manager, your role is critical in setting the tone for guest interactions, maintaining operational efficiency, and upholding the brand's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Services & Customer Experience

• Ensure high-quality customer service is consistently provided across all touchpoints—front office, concierge, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest relations

• Address and resolve guest concerns, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally

• Oversee VIP guest handling and personalized service offerings

• Monitor and improve guest satisfaction scores through continuous service improvements

2. Staff Management & Training

• Recruit, train, and manage front-line and support staff, including receptionists, housekeeping, food & beverage, concierge, and service supervisors

• Develop and implement SOPs and service protocols for consistent guest interaction

• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and motivational sessions

• Maintain staff schedules, manage attendance, and ensure appropriate shift coverage

3. Operational Oversight

• Supervise daily operations of guest-facing departments, ensuring smooth coordination across departments

• Monitor check-in/check-out procedures, room readiness, cleanliness, and amenities

• Ensure restaurant or banquet services meet hygiene, service, and timing standards

• Liaise with vendors for housekeeping supplies, maintenance support, and service contracts

4. Financial & Budget Management

• Assist in developing and monitoring departmental budgets, cost controls, and operational expenses

• Identify areas for cost optimization without compromising service quality

• Track and report daily occupancy, revenue, food & beverage sales, and guest expenses

• Recommend revenue-generating service enhancements and packages

5. Facility & Safety Management

• Oversee facility cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation

• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, lobbies, kitchens, washrooms, banquet halls, and public areas

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, fire safety, and emergency procedures

• Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping to address any operational issues immediately

6. Event & Function Management (If Applicable)

• Supervise planning and execution of events, conferences, weddings, and banquets

• Work closely with event coordinators and clients to meet their specific requirements

• Oversee service delivery during events, ensuring smooth guest flow and satisfaction

7. Communication & Coordination

• Maintain open communication with the General Manager, department heads, and staff

• Provide regular updates on guest feedback, operational challenges, staff performance, and revenue generation

• Manage internal coordination between departments to ensure seamless service delivery
