Job Title: Hostess/Receptionist/Telecaller
Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand
Employment Type: Full‑time, On‑site
Key Responsibilities
- She must know to Greet and welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, guide new customers through room tours, and ensure a smooth and professional guest experience.
- She must knows to handle inbound/outbound calls to address inquiries, promote services, maintain client records, and follow up on leads while coordinating with relevant departments.
- She must have 'pleasant personality', 'good communication' or 'hospitality experience'
- She must carries a presentable and professional appearance.
- She is confidently friendly and fluent in English(must) & Hindi.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field are eligible to apply.
- Language Proficiency: Must be well-spoken in English with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Professionalism: Should present a confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude, suitable for front-facing hospitality roles.
- Experience (Preferred but not mandatory): Prior experience in hospitality, reception, or telecalling will be an added advantage.
