Role Description
- The Airbnb Hotels team is a fast-paced and innovative team with a vision to provide the best hotel experiences in the world to our guests.
- In order to provide this best in class experience, our team must ensure hosts are listing their properties accurately.
- Hotels Listing Assessment Agents will work alongside our team to make sure that listings are accurate and complete.
- The ideal candidate is detail oriented and is a critical thinker.
- Assess listings submitted by hosts for specific attributes that determine listings to be hotels or hotel-like
- Record results in spreadsheet alongside team members
- Ensure high quality across a variety of different listing categories and host types
- Partner closely with Airbnb internal team to elevate and solve issues
- Strong fluent verbal and written English communication skills
- 1-2 years of data entry experience
- GED or above
- Google Suite familiarity - Sheets, Chrome
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to interpret and apply policy and QA standards
- Ability to quickly absorb training on product and tool functionality
- Ability to consistently meet expectations with regards to productivity for repetitive tasks
- Ability to recognize patterns and similarities in work and propose optimizations
- Comfort with process change and ambiguity; flexible
- Ability to learn Airbnb-specific tools
