Job Description

The basic duty of the front office executive is to directly handle the reception, reservations, check-ins, check-outs.
Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments/ reservations per day.
Register arriving guests and assign rooms, Answer enquiries regarding hotel services and registration by letter/email, by telephone and in person.
Provide information about services available in the community and respond to guest complaints.
Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using computerised or manual systems.
