Job Description

  • The basic duty of the front office executive is to directly handle the reception, reservations, check-ins, check-outs. 
  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments/ reservations per day.  
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms, Answer enquiries regarding hotel services and registration by letter/email, by telephone and in person.  
  • Provide information about services available in the community and respond to guest complaints.  
  • Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using computerised or manual systems.
