Job Description
- Helps & Assist the Hotel Manager with daily tasks
- Takes charge of the Hotel when the Hotel Manager is not around
- Present at the Lobby for any sort of Guest query and assistance (including Check-In & Check-Out, when the Hotel Manager is unavailable).
- Handles all guest complaints including managing guest’s queries.
- Escorts Guests to their respective assigned rooms + luggage
- Takes the initiative to create suitable and relevant Guest interactions
- Takes the initiative to take care of guest requests
- Responsible for In-room dining orders and buffet breakfast.
- In the Night shift - takes round of the Hotel periphery; also, takes round of the guest floors for preventive security measures
- Check all the ready rooms before guest arrival.
- Maintains the Inventory of the various stocks
- Orders the stocks for future requirement considering occupancy
- Minimum educational qualification – 10+2
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Good personality and grooming
- Fresher’s and experienced candidates with Hospitality / Aviation / QSR exp can also apply.
Job Description: Hotel Manager
· Accountable for the P&L of the Hotel
· Help & Assist Guests with Check-in & Check-out
· Resolve Guest Queries and Concerns
· Maintain a good rapport with Guests so that they become repeat customers.
· Random checking of rooms in order to check quality and standards
· Check for Pest Control & Horticulture
· Check for / Follow-up / Proactively plan for Maintenance issues
· Check for Preventive Maintenance parts in rooms and the Hotel.
· Check and take care of Equipment Maintenance for the Hotel.
· Check for Inventory and maintain proper Par stock
· Check and control Expenses Incurred
· Conduct refresher training of Guest Relations Execs (GREs) in the property.
· Monitor GREs conduct, discipline, performance, grooming and etiquettes
· Conduct daily briefing and roster for the Team
Eligibility:
· Any Graduate
· Hotel Management Graduate or Diploma holder preferred
· Minimum experience of 2 years as Lead with any good hotel chain
